This section applies when you use WhatsApp to interact with Rhombuz Applied, or with a business that uses a product of the Rhombuz Ventures group, such as Maveryck. When you message a business, that business decides how your information is used (it is the controller). We process your information on its behalf and only on its instructions (as its processor).

Opting in. We act on your WhatsApp messages only after you link your WhatsApp number to your account with the business, by confirming a one-time code or link. Messages from numbers that are not linked are not acted on.

What we collect. Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name; message content, including text, voice notes, images and documents; and metadata such as timestamps, delivery status and message identifiers.

WhatsApp as infrastructure. Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Meta may temporarily retain messages for up to 30 days to deliver them, and collects metadata as described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

AI agents. To understand your requests and carry out tasks in the business’s connected systems, our AI agents send message content to third-party large language model (LLM) and speech-to-text providers. They act as our sub-processors under enterprise terms, and they do not use your data or message content to train their models. When an agent interprets details from free text or a voice note, such as a quantity or an amount, you are asked to confirm them before they are recorded.

Retention.

• Our providers may keep inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and security, and then delete them, unless the law requires them to keep them longer.
• Our operational logs used for debugging and security contain no message content, and are kept only for a limited period, in line with standard industry practice, before deletion.
• Your messages, and the records created from them (for example an order, an approval, or the agents’ work on it), are kept in the business’s own separate database for as long as the business’s legal record-keeping requirements apply. When the business ends its service with us, following the notice set out in its agreement, we return its data to it and then delete it, within the period stated in that agreement.

Do not send sensitive information. Do not send government identification numbers, payment card details, passwords, health information or other highly sensitive information through WhatsApp.

Opting out. You can stop processing at any time by replying “STOP”, or by asking the business to unlink your number. We then stop acting on new messages from your number. Records already created remain with the business under its retention rules.

International processing. Our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, under appropriate contractual safeguards.

These Terms govern your use of rhombuz.co and any associated content or services. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time, with modifications effective immediately upon posting.
